Local Complaint Coordinator MEA

1. Handling of Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) and Medical Device Reports (MDRs) Management in MEA countries:
2. Training:
a) Train and record on relevant procedures as per Isotrain Curricula or other training means (eg.WeComply).
b) Perform training to local stakeholders on complaint handling process (e.g Sales; RA; TS; distributors; suppliers)

You must :
- Have experience with Complaints and Vigilance cases handling.
- Have a good English level written and spoken.
- Quality System knowledge.
- Tracking and understanding of applicable country regulations
- ISO 9000 knowledge
- A degree in the scientific field + 2 years of experience in the Quality Field
